Barre Fusion
About Barre An energizing non-impact class that is designed to strengthen, tone and balance the entire body utilizing the ballet barre, light weights, bands and small balls. Barre class includes toning and muscle endurance exercises with an emphasis on the core, arms, glutes and thighs. A basic understanding of the Barre method is recommended.

Set your goal, commit to a training frequency, and allow your trainer to keep you on track with achieving results. Training sessions may be conducted virtually or in-person, outdoors on grounds or inside our facilities.

The Zumba® class fuses Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic fitness program. You will achieve long term benefits while experiencing calorie burning, body energizing, and inspiring movements.
The routines feature interval training, using fast and slow rhythms to tone your body while burning fat. Add some Latin flavor and international zest into the mix and you’ve got Zumba®. Who knew working out could be this much fun! *Bring water/Towel. *Make sure you book your spot!

Zumba in da Club
Zumba in da Club brings Zumba dance moves to a club-style setting for 90mins. Add to the fun with glow sticks and theme nights.
Zumba in da Club events start in September and ends July.
This event is $15 in advance and $20 at the door.
**Prepaid classes, or unlimited monthly do not apply to this event. **
Doors open at 7:00pm.
